Amida Franceis a retreat centre for the Amida Order, a Buddhist community in the Pureland tradition. It lies in the historic region of Berry in central France.The life of the Amida France Centre falls into four phases around the year. In the spring there is Buddhist practice, community life, and work on the land. In July there are Dharma Teachings and Training Workshops. In August there are Arts and Vacation activities. In the autumn and winter the centre is given over to private retreats. |
