Poetry The Road to Sancoins by Prasada Caroline Brazier |
|
Chasing cloud shadows Along the road to Sancoins Sunshine comes and goes And on the forest beyond See, random patches of light Shimmering sunlight Tip-toes across the canal On deep green water Shatters the surface into A million tiny mirrors Across the silence The church bell in the village Insists this moment Spire aspiring to the sky Taut blue above the tree-line P.C.J.
